Family Relations Services in Divorce Cases

In all Connecticut jurisdictions, Family Relations counselors assist lawyers and litigants in achieving successful settlement negotiations for divorces.  When the divorcing couple has not reached an agreement, the couple and their lawyers will meet with Family Relations to discuss the pertinent issues, such as child support, custody and parenting plans.
