Monday’s U.S. Supreme Court’s 5-4 Decision Backs Individual Gun Rights

I didn’t have a chance to post this on Monday but I thought it was still worth mentioning for anyone who might have missed it.

Excerpted from Politics Daily:

“The U.S. Supreme Court declared Monday that individual gun rights under the Second Amendment apply and may be used to block enforcement of certain restrictive state and local gun control ordinances.”

    i think that gun control should always be imposed at all times to reduce violence.-’-

    I agree totally with you, Lexi. Not all people with guns have them for violent purposes but it seems that those who kill others with guns don’t have recreational sports in mind. Control guns and save innocent lives.
